A cold shower after 4 days of not showering gives me a sense of humanity. I went to the hospital bathroom to get a shower and I found a young girl waiting as well.
Meet Esam - an inspiring soul from Gaza who illuminated our lives with his strong spirit and profound wisdom about love, life, and resistance. In light of the current assault on Gaza, Issam and his family have lost their home, joining many others who have been affected by the ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip and have become displaced. We, friends of Issam, are on a mission to support Issam and his family through this blog so that the voice of the people of Gaza remains loud.
